Full Service Restoration Company
Our skilled and experienced damage repair technicians begin by providing emergency board-up service. We then stabilize your structure to ensure that your building is safe and secure, and to prevent further damage. As full service restoration general contractors, we can repair or rebuild the damage and return the structure back to pre-loss condition. We also prepare a thorough estimate, detailing service costs and we’ll work with your insurance company throughout the claim. We’ll see you through every step of the process.

Specialty Damage Restoration FAQ
What types of specialty damage will my home insurance policy cover?
Specialty damage refers to damage as a result of events such as vehicles impacting a building, vandalism to a property, damage caused during a burglary or events such as riots. Only your insurance carrier can determine if these types of events are covered in your policy. In the case of vehicle impacts, typically the driver of the vehicle is liable for damage, and there may be policy limits in place. In that case, the property owner’s insurance may cover the remaining balance. Each claim is different, therefore, it’s best for an insurance adjuster to make the determination of coverage.
We had a car to run into our building. The team at PHC was there quickly to close up the hole. They worked with us and the insurance company to make sure that all repairs were done promptly and professionally. Answered all our questions and gave us top quality replacements for everything that was broken. Due to Covid it took a little longer but they stayed on top of it. We are very satisfied with the work done and highly recommend PHC for any job. Katie and Josh have wonderful people working at a wonderful company. Thank you.
