PHC Restoration Unveils New Logo Showcasing Dedication to Service
Lillington, NC – PHC Restoration, a full service property restoration company that has served Central North Carolina for more than four decades, has a new look as the company renews its commitment and passion to community and service. Established in 1971, the family-owned restoration company is now celebrating its second generation of leadership. CEO Katie Sherman Smith wanted a logo and brand to reflect the company’s core values that were first established by her father, Carl, and hold strong in the company today.
“We want to celebrate the next generation of ownership at PHC, while keeping our roots firm,” Smith explained. “Our core values are centered around being enthusiastic about helping others, and our new logo represents that.”
There is an emotional connection with the new logo for Katie and her husband, Josh, who is the Technical Director at PHC. The cross and fire department emblem represent the leap of faith Josh took to leave his years of experience as a firefighter behind to join PHC full time. Just like firefighters, the team at PHC embraces the servant’s heart attitude. The new logo is meant to represent the company’s continuing desire to help others, as well as the company’s internal family-like bond.
The new logo also signifies an expansion in services from PHC in recent years. While the company has traditionally specialized in water, fire, and mold damage restoration for residential properties, they are continuing to expand into helping more commercial business owners who experience property damage.
“Our values and missions are still the same. The way that we treat people and why we do this has not and will not change,” Smith said. “Just because we are the oldest restoration company in the area doesn’t mean we do things the same way we did in 1971. We have polished our logo just like we are constantly polishing our techniques, technology we use, and how we run our business and help our community.”
