PHC Restoration is an essential business and we will continue to respond to property damage claims, but we are operating with a heightened sense of awareness regarding COVID-19 concerns.
At PHC, we practically live in our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Plus, it’s part of our normal procedure to clean each piece of drying equipment when it leaves a jobsite. Now, we’ve implemented additional procedures to keep you, and us, safe while working in your home or business. Here’s what we’re doing:
-Asking a series of questions during call intake regarding potential exposure to COVID-19
-Requesting photos of damage (or FaceTime) to perform an initial evaluation
-Reviewing Work Service Agreements over the phone and signing electronically
-Practicing social distancing with our clients
-Disinfecting our office space, common areas, and work vehicles frequently
-Utilizing air scrubbers and containment barriers when working on your property
-Wearing respirators and nitrile gloves on all job sites, at all times
