Mission

Our mission is to make a positive impact on our teammates, our customers, and our community. We live our mission in a variety of ways: volunteering with local nonprofits, working on Habitat for Humanity homes, serving on boards and committees, sponsoring local events and sports teams, and handing out allergen-free candy at a Trunk or Treat.
We do big business in a small town. We restore hospitals, libraries, universities, church campuses, restaurants and government buildings, just to name a few. Many people are surprised to hear we base our operations in Lillington, a town of less than 4,000 people. We love our town and we love being able to serve our community. We’ve been proud to call Lillington our home for over 45 years!
Being thankful for the opportunities we are given is one of our core values. We know that every time the phone rings, a client is making a choice to trust us to restore their home or business. But below the surface, each damage restoration project is a chance to provide more opportunities for our teammates to give back to their kids’ schools, their sports teams, their local churches, and even their local volunteer fire department! When you shop local, even for restoration services, you are putting dollars and sweat equity back into a community.
In this post we want to highlight two ways that we’ve been able to give back. Recently, our Controller, Michelle, was inducted into the Kiwanis Club of Lillington. Kiwanis is dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time and they work year-round to positively impact local kids – whether through rewarding them for exemplary behavior at schools or by raising funds to improve the level of care for premature newborns at the local NICU.
Another project we were honored to help with is the new playground at LaFayette Elementary. PHC painters Toby and Donald were able to donate their talents to the school by freshening up some existing playground equipment to make it match the new equipment that was installed at the beginning of the school year. They were able to be on the playground as the kids played on it for the first time and both of them were thrilled to see how happy the kids were with their work!
We are proud of the effort our team puts into serving others. We truly believe that the servant heart mentality is the key to our success and we are grateful that our clients allow us the opportunities to serve with passion.
