Not only does a fire leave charred remnants, but extinguishing a fire can leave dangerous chemicals in your home as well as smoke odor and soot. During our assessment of the damage, we’ll inspect all parts of the building as well as check the structural integrity. We will then identify contents that can be cleaned, restored, and deodorized.  

The amount of damage will determine if restoration of existing material is possible or if demolition is the safest path. Before demolition begins, we protect adjacent areas to ensure we don’t cause any further damage to your property. We will inventory, protect, and pack up your belongings and move them to our warehouse for safekeeping during the process.

Once you sign the Work Service Agreement, our Estimator will write a detailed repair estimate to send to your insurance company for approval. An invoice for emergency services and detailed documentation supporting the invoice will also be sent to your insurance adjuster. When you give us the green light, we will begin work to return you back to your home or business as quickly as possible.
