Working in Insurance, sometimes it can be difficult trying to help customers the best we can when they are in a time of need. Having companies that we can recommend where we know the customers will be take care of helps tremendously. Brittani at PHC goes above and beyond at keeping us at the office as well as the Customer up to date and taken care of while she keeps the difficult situations moving forward as smoothly as possible. PHC Restoration was great company to work with after my house caught fire.  The company sent out a representative (Ray) while the fire department was still on scene. Ray’s experience and knowledge of what needed to be done was over the top. We had a few hiccups with the subcontractors, however, Ray made it right. Ray was out at our house almost every day when the subcontractors were here. I cannot say enough, kind words for Ray. Ray made this stressful situation less stressful. My Dad's home was struck by lightening and the attic and top floor caught fire. There was not only damage from fire and smoke but also water from putting the fire out. The whole house was basically gutted. Josh did an outstanding job coordinating the rebuild. There were many others who helped in the restoration process that did a phenomenal job as well!  Dad got to move back in last week and Tina, Fred and Jarek (and another lady the first day with long blond hair - sorry I did not get your name!)were absolutely amazing helping get all of Dad's belongings back in the house and completing some finishing touches. I received excellent service from Alberto Ramirez throughout the mitigation phase of my project for water damage in walls and floors in my condo that was caused by an overflowing toilet in the unit above mine.  For a week Alberto arrived on time, and after taking moisture readings, explained what he would work on that day.  He answered my questions and clearly wanted me to understand what he was doing.  When he started pulling up tiles and vinyl flooring there was a lot of dust in the air, especially with 6 air movers running, so he turned on an air scrubber, and then helped me tape plastic sheeting over my living room furniture to keep things as clean as possible. This was our first and hopefully last experience with water damage in our home. I can say if it ever happens again PHC will be the first and only call we make! They were quick to get to our home! They were extremely friendly and caring when explaining the details of the process that was going to take place. No matter how many questions we asked they stayed and would answer all of them and never act like they were in a rush to leave! It’s never easy to deal with water restoration issues, but the services provided by Josh Smith and all of the people at PHC were prompt, professional, competent and caring. I especially want to recognize the team of Jeremy, Tina, Jarek and Toby who came out on the weekend and committed their time, skill, and very hard work until the critical needs were met. Having been a REALTOR for many years, I’ve worked with a number of good companies, but none better than PHC. I hadn’t known of them prior to this, but will highly recommend them in the future.
