About PHC

The Triangle’s Best and Most Respected Name in the Fire and Water Damage Restoration Industry

PHC Restoration is a second generation family business that believes our job is more than restoring or replacing damaged material.  At the heart of everything we do is the desire to make a real difference, helping to restore lives and transform the community.  To realize our goals, we recruit dynamic individuals dedicated to making an impact on everyone we reach.  Before joining our team, candidates go through a rigorous interview process that includes peer interviews to ensure their level of compassion and work ethic meet our high standards.  Our values and our culture are the core of our company.  Our benevolent spirit is embraced by our customers and is key to our success.
PHC is committed to motivating and developing each team member by providing excellent training and personal growth opportunities.  Our technicians are industry certified and each week we expand on this knowledge by conducting in-house safety and technical training.  These classes are led by industry leaders as well as PHC Restoration’s our own talented team members who are able to share their passion and expertise with each other.  During these classes, we break down the whys and hows to get a more comprehensive understanding of how to safely perform every aspect of the restoration process.  This knowledge empowers everyone to maintain a safe work environment for our team and our customers, and build their confidence to handle every task no matter what type of loss.
