They gave us a thorough, honest and detailed report of the situation for no charge.  Because of the extent of the issue, Josh recommended different actions out of PHC's scope of work, and even gave us recommendations for additional follow up.

It is rare today to get such honesty and time commitment from a corporation.  What struck me was they were just being good neighbors to us and treating us as you would your best neighbor.

We had some ceiling damage after an unfortunate AC leak, and their team came out to our house within 2 hours of discovering it (and on a weekend!) to start the mitigation and drying things out. They were wonderful at getting the mitigation and repairs completed in a timely manner, and were very responsive. We’d like to thank Toby, Tina and Austin for their work on the mitigation, and Melissa and Jeremy for their help in coordinating the efforts! Thank you PHC! A defective water pressure valve in our home suddenly caused  a major flood, damaging the flooring in several rooms. It was an incredibly stressful situation, but PHC was there for us and made a difficult experience so much better.
We especially want to recognize Tina, Kat, Becca and Carlton. From the very beginning they were efficient, professional, friendly and caring. They responded the next day and got to work.

After the flooring was removed, Jeremy took over to make sure the new flooring and bathroom vanity were installed correctly. He did an amazing job. Insuring that the workmanship was done right.

Every person, including the office staff (Melissa) treated us with respect and compassion. What started as a stressful disaster ended with us feeling grateful that we had a wonderful team taking care of us and our home. The team was fantastic and we appreciate they did.

Outstanding Restoration Experience

We experienced an unexpected “rain shower” inside our daughter’s bedroom when water began coming through the ceiling. After investigating, we discovered that the attic air handler’s condensation was overflowing its drain pan due to a clogged pipe and a malfunctioning sensor.

We contacted our insurance company, who recommended PHC Restoration, and we couldn’t be happier with that recommendation. PHC asked us to send pictures, and after reviewing them, determined that immediate action was needed. We sent the pictures around 2:00 p.m., and their emergency crew was at our house within an hour. AMAZING!

From the very first phone call through the final visit, everyone at PHC was respectful, polite, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—excellent at communicating throughout the entire process.

There are several people who deserve special recognition:

Melissa handled all of my insurance questions and concerns and was incredibly helpful throughout the process.

Jeremy, our project manager, kept everything organized and made sure we always knew what to expect.

Miguel and Ray were our emergency mitigation team. They removed the wet drywall and insulation and set up the large dryers, air scrubbers, and dehumidifiers needed to properly dry and treat the affected areas. Miguel practically became a member of our family as he continued checking on us every day!

Thomas was on call and even came out over the July 4th holiday weekend to monitor the situation. That level of dedication was greatly appreciated.

And last, but definitely not least, Toby did an incredible job repairing the drywall, hardwood floors, and trim. His work was so good that you would never know the damage had occurred.

I honestly can’t believe how quickly everything was handled, especially with a holiday weekend in the middle of it all. From start to finish, the entire process took just two and a half weeks!

We are extremely happy with the service we received from PHC Restoration and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who finds themselves dealing with unexpected water damage. Thank you to the entire PHC team!

PHC did an awesome job of packing our house up, cleaning, painting, replacing damaged appliances and replacing some windows that were so old they broke when opened to release smoke after a kitchen fire. It was like having a new home! I would like to give a shout out to Brian and Uri who painted our bathrooms yesterday, installed our new vented hood which also involved replacing and cutting some tiles. Our child's friend crashed their car into our house,  taking out our garage door plus some brick work, vinyl siding,  and some of the framing of our home.  It was a very stressful event but PHC came out quickly and made sure our home was safe and covered while we figured out the insurance situation.   Everyone was super helpful and kind,  which went a long way for our peace of mind!  For the bulk of the repairs,  we had to use a different contractor for insurance reasons,  and PHC was very gracious about that as well.

Thanks Toby, Ray, and Doyle for making sure we were safe and for doing a great job with the tarp.  It's still up!  And thanks Jeremy and Melissa for the information and quick turnaround in all respects.

It must’ve been running for five or six hours when I found it at 7 o’clock at night. Had it not been for a friend at work who had a similar problem recently, I would not have known where to begin. I called PHC and they came out the next morning. They put me right at ease explaining everything that they were going to do. They had to remove flooring and baseboards. They took every bit of debris with them. They set up a dehumidifier and blowers. They have come back every day to check the progress and to take readings on the moisture content on the floor. Today they were able to remove all the equipment and the next step is reconstruction! I will follow up when the entire project is done. We were referred to PHC by a friend. Josh showed up the next day to assess the property! Justin kept us updated on all the stages of the repairs. There wasn’t a single time I had to reach out first to check on the progress! The restoration area was kept clean as possible throughout the process. Some of the people have changed since the last time we used PHC, but their commitment to get the job done right with as little disruption as possible is fantastic. Shortly after moving into our new-to-us 1975 home, we discovered mold growing under our kitchen cabinets. Not long after that, we discovered what was essentially a failure of half of our in-slab drainage pipes. A long repair and restoration project was in order!

PHC worked quickly to set a timeline that both accommodated the plumbing work we needed done by another company and fit into our work-life chaos.
