Carpentry can be a big expense during the restoration process. In order to save both you and the insurance company money and repair time, our talented carpenters are able to rebuild mantles damaged by fire or repair cabinets that incurred water damage in our carpenter workshop located in the PHC warehouse.
All salvageable contents are carefully packed and moved to the PHC warehouse where they are cleaned and stored securely until all repairs are completed on your home. PHC uses the Assured PackOut Inventory System to digitally photograph and inventory all contents on site after a loss. This system enables us to create reports detailing the condition of every affected item and the ability to track and pull contents as needed; making the restoration process more efficient and providing a faster turnaround for homeowners and insurance companies.
Your personal property is in good hands with our Contents Cleaning Team who thoroughly cleans each salvageable item with care and precision. Our state of the art contents cleaning area is equipped with an ultrasonic cleaning station which cleans soot and smoke damaged contents with the use of high frequency sound waves; and a hand cleaning station where more fragile items and furniture are expertly cleaned by team members.
PHC is dedicated to offering you the best quality service regardless of the complexity of any job. To do so, our employees attend webinars and workshops held onsite throughout the year to stay current on the latest trends, products and technology available in the restoration industry. We also utilize the classroom to offer Continuing Education Classes for local insurance professionals focusing on topics pertinent to their jobs and perils that affect homeowners such as smoke, fire, water and storm damage.
